Main Role

Ann is the Asia head for all products within Liberty's Casualty and Professional & Financial Risks portfolios. Ann has been based in Singapore since 2017 and initially led the Professional & Financial Risks team before adding Casualty in 2022.

Personal Profile

Ann has worked in the Professional & Financial Risks sector since 2001 and has been with Liberty since 2005.  She has predominantly worked in the Australian region where she managed one of the largest Professional & Financial Risks portfolios and underwriting teams in Australia. Ann has called Singapore home for the past five years, and has been responsible for significantly growing the Professional & Financial Lines portfolio across the Asia region. 

Ann has a Bachelor of Commerce in finance, risk and insurance and she maintains a long-standing interest in workplace mentoring and training.

Hyewon Gloria is responsible for Product Liability, CGL and Project CGL underwriting for the Korean market.

Hyewon Gloria started working in insurance in 2016 and joined Liberty in 2021. Previously she worked for an international brokerage handling casualty and overseas projects.  

Hyewon Gloria holds a bachelor of Economics.

Matthew manages the upstream Exploration & Production Casualty portfolio across the Asia Pacific Region.  He is also the South Australia branch manager, in which role he oversees all branch operations, including branch Casualty business.  In addition, he is responsible for promoting Liberty Adelaide’s cross-lines approach to business.

Personal profile

Matthew has 30 years of underwriting and broking experience - focused mainly on corporate national and international clients - in both Australia and Asia (specifically, Vietnam).  He joined Liberty in January 2011.

Matthew holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

Natalie is an Underwriting Assistant who supports the Singapore Casualty underwriting team.

Personal Profile

Natalie joined Liberty in 2015 with more than 7 years' of insurance industry experience. Natalie provides support to the Singapore Casualty team and focuses on Workers Compensation.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in HR Management & Management.

Priscilla is a Senior Underwriter focusing on international brokers and on expanding the corporate and commercial Casualty business across Asia.

Personal Profile

Priscilla started her insurance career in Hong Kong with XL Insurance (formerly Winterthur Swiss Insurance Asia). She has over 15 years' insurance industry experience including Casualty underwriting and global program business account servicing, and fronting partners' liaison roles in Asia. She relocated to Singapore and joined Liberty in 2015.

Priscilla holds a Master of Science in Marketing and is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF.

Sang Jin is the Casualty Underwriter & Business Development Manager for the Korean market and provides underwriting for CGL, Product Liability and Construction and TPL including Offshore Construction Liability.

Sang Jin has an MSc. in Insurance and Risk Management from City University in London and nearly 15 years insurance/reinsurance experience across underwriting and broking.

Todd manages the Japan portfolio across Liberty's full range of products.

Personal Profile

Todd joined Liberty in February 2022 with more than 20 years of financial lines underwriting experience.  Prior to joining Liberty, Todd led the Japanese financial lines divisions for two major global insurers.

Based in Malaysia, Erliza manages a portfolio of Casualty and Professional Indemnity/D&O claims.

Personal Profile

Joining Liberty in mid 2020, Erliza worked as a Loss Adjuster for almost 3 years, and was primarily responsible for handling property damage, fidelity guarantee and third party liability claims.

Erliza holds a BSc (Honours) degree in Forensic Science.

Kenneth handles Casualty and Crisis Management claims in North Asia.

Personal profile

Kenneth has been working as a loss adjuster for more than 14 years.  In addition to handling both property and casualty claims, he has also participated in catastrophic losses in Taiwan and Guam.  Prior to joining Liberty he worked at an insurance company and brokerage firm for six years, where he focused on employees' compensation claims, products liability claims and an international insurance program.

Li Sa is based in Singapore and handles Third Party Liability claims in Asia.

Personal Profile

With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Li Sa has a strong background in liability claims.  Prior to joining Liberty, Li Sa specialised in personal injury claims, litigation management and dispute resolution.

Li Sa holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in General Insurance.
