Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Australia Branch, Liberty Specialty Markets Singapore Pte Ltd, Liberty Specialty Markets Hong Kong Limited, Liberty Specialty Markets Singapore Pte Ltd, Labuan Branch (trading as Liberty Specialty Markets) are foreign subsidiaries of a US Person, and are therefore subject to UK, EU, US, and UN sanctions, as applicable. Irrespective of the inclusion of a sanctions exclusion clause within our (re)insurance contracts, Liberty Specialty Markets will not accept premium or provide coverage for any risk that Liberty Specialty Markets determine would expose them to a potential violation of any applicable sanctions.
